As a Kooheji Jewellery Client Advisor, you will:

Responsibilities:

Sales:

  • Nurture Client Loyalty: Deepen relationships with clients, driving repeat business and building long-term partnerships.
  • Exceed Goals: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and manage client relationships, capturing data and fostering ongoing engagement.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Identify innovative ways to enhance the client experience and drive sales through product knowledge and strategic recommendations.
  • Cultivate Client Curiosity: Foster a culture of discovery, guiding clients to explore the beauty of Kooheji’s collections.

Service:

  • Craft Memorable Moments: Elevate the in-store experience by delivering personalized service and creating lasting memories for each client.
  • Embrace the Kooheji Touch: Exemplify our brand values and demonstrate genuine passion in every interaction.
  • Prioritize Client Feedback: Leverage client feedback to continuously improve the in-store experience and ensure exceptional service.
  • Cultivate a Welcoming Atmosphere: Foster a warm and inviting environment through exceptional hospitality and attentiveness to detail.
  • Become a Style Consultant: Collaborate with clients to curate personalized selections that align with their unique style and preferences.

Experience

Required:

  • Fluency in English and Arabic (or regional languages depending on location)
  • Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-facing experience (e.g., hospitality)
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building relationships
  • Flexibility to work various hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work with a diverse clientele
  • Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and communication tools
  • Enthusiasm for learning and professional development (college degree is a plus)
